You will find that it needs a Tomcat home, because I directly download the jar file into the plugins file, the reference here is not right, do you still need a Tomcat software support?

Try to hold the mentality, I also found Apache-tomcat-9.0.0.m21 Baidu, because my jar is 9, so look for the 9, in this address: http://tomcat.apache.org/download-90.cgi, downloaded ZIP file.
