Output Document Type properties
You will notice that the property content that we added to the homepage document type is not displayed. We need to combine the attributes defined in the document type with the template that displays the document type (those data fields created in Umbraco can be edited), first let's look at where the property content should appear in the homepage page:
"Our data attribute content should be output"
We have marked the Data property we want to output as blue. Now we need to connect the related properties.
Now to Settings > Templates > Homepage, scroll down and highlight the text "H1#title"
"Ready to replace with a Umbraco data attribute"
Click the button Insert Umbraco Page field , and in the Choose field , select PageTitle in the custom attribute group of the drop-down option.
"Umbraco page Field/property"
Click the Insert button and click the Save button.
Then before
"Replace Umbraco page bodytext field"
Finally we replaced the Footertext field in the footer section.
"Footer Text"
Now we reload the page ... You can see that the content we added shows up. And then we can go back. Add three tabs called Article 1, article 2, article Footer, each containing a title and content field, and add these data properties to the appropriate location in the homepage template as described above. This will limit the content to always have these parts. This may be good, but we can also use child nodes-we will learn about them behind.
