The Java Virtual machine above WebSphere has a default encoding, which defaults to iso-8859-1.
On the custom Properties page for the Java Virtual machine, add the following:
1. Modify the server encoding type:

Modify the Server.xml in the
Parameter genericjvmarguments= "-dfile.encoding=utf-8-ddefault.client.encoding=utf-8"
2. Replace the appropriate DB2 drive JAR package:
Data source-driven configuration location: Resources -"jdbc-"JDBC provider, double-click the specific content to enter the view driver, where the driving position is specified by the environment variable;
