Boot start Press F1 to enter UEFI, select System Settings->device and I/O ports, and then the first option is about the motherboard integrated SATA controller mode, the default setting is AHCI mode, please modify it to IDE mode, Save to exit Uefi.
The new server installation Windows 2003 cannot use the Serverguide boot disk because Win2003 is too old and IBM is not officially tested, so the installation options for Windows 2003 are not available in serverguide. Can only be installed manually, you need to download ServeRAID m5110e driver, copy the driver files to the floppy disk, when Windows 2003 startup, press F6 to manually load the driver to install.
The blue screen appears because Windows 2003 itself is not powered by SATA AHCI, so modifying the IDE mode will install properly.
