Setcontenttype and setcharacterencoding

Request. setcharacterencoding () is used to set the value obtained from the request or retrieved from the database.
Response. setcontenttype ("text/html; charset = gb2312") is set to Chinese encoding on the page
The former sets dynamic text (parameters, databases), and the latter sets static text on the page.

Response. setcontenttype specifies the HTTP Response encoding and the encoding displayed by the browser.
Response. setcharacterencoding sets the HTTP Response encoding. If response is used before. if setcontenttype sets the encoding format, use response. the encoding format specified by setcharacterencoding overwrites the previous setting. and response. if setcontenttype is the same, this method must be called before getwriter execution or before response is submitted.
