Restart the computer, press the keyboard F8 key, enter the Windows Advanced Startup options interface, with the keyboard "up and down" keyboard, select the red arrow pointing to the "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" to confirm press the ENTER key on the keyboard (enter).
Select Administrator account in the Account window that appears and confirm.
After entering safe mode with a command prompt, the system pops up the command prompt window in Administrator mode, and as soon as we enter the net user Smile/add in the Command Prompt window and press the ENTER key on the keyboard, the new user action is added successfully.
In the Command Prompt window, enter the net localgroup Administrators Smile/add and upgrade the account you just created to an administrator (so you have the right to change the user as you enter the system).
Continue to enter SHUTDOWN/R/t 5/f in the command Prompt window, knock down the ENTER key on the keyboard, and restart the computer.
Normal access to the desktop, the system will be prompted to log off the computer window in one minute, restart the computer again, select Smile account into the system.
At this point, we can normally enter the system, for the next normal operation, we need to forget the password to delete the account:
Start → control Panel → Add or remove user account → Select forget password to delete user → click Delete password.
