From this semester onwards, I will personally open a Linux topic learning includes common Linux commands, some common problems, and some of the learning experiences of C and C + + in Linux systems.
The following picture is the first time you install Ubuntu after setting up the root account password
(I set user name when installing GCC, computer ID name Gcc-huashuo)
The first step: Ctrl+alt+t Open the terminal, this time will appear [email protected]:~$, which is the normal user environment
Step two: Enter command sudo passwd enter
Step three: You will be prompted to enter the user password (note that this is the user name corresponding password when you install Ununtu, note that the input password in Ubuntu will not be displayed, enter to play direct return)
Fourth step: You will be prompted to enter a new UNIX password, in this line enter the password you want to set the root user
Fifth step: Repeat the new password, and then enter, if the passwd: the password has been successfully updated, then congratulations, successfully set the root account and password
After setting up the root account, I'm telling you the switch between the normal user and the root super user.
Normal user-"super root user"
There are three ways to switch to root user rights
Mode one: Enter Su-root carriage return
Follow the prompts to enter the root password return
See environment variable changed to [email protected] Computer name: ~# Switch successfully
Mode two: Enter SU return
Enter password return
Mode three: Enter sudo su carriage return
Enter password return
Super User--"ordinary user"
There are three different ways
Mode one: SU user name return
Way Two: Exit enter
Mode three: Shortcut key ctrl+d
