[Help] how to restore covered MBR

I first installed the Windows 2003 Server System on the machine. One day, I had a hard time installing the Linux System of the Red Flag desktop version 3.0, during the installation, the MBR is overwritten (Windows options are not displayed at startup, and only three options under Linux are available). Now I cannot enter the Windows system.
I have found this document to explain that lilo can change the options, but I will not make these commands!
