You should first repeat the recording content from the beginning to the end, and then repeat what you don't understand over and over again. If you do not understand some things, try to clear all the syllables and open a book. You can check the dictionary for some new words that affect understanding. Next, close the book and listen from the beginning to the end until you can understand all the content. Through such training, you can improve your speech recognition and listening comprehension. If you have read the written materials and then listen to the recordings, you may not hear the sound from your ears, but by thinking and reciting your brain. If you listen to the written materials, you will often read the recordings by yourself, this does not achieve the purpose of improving listening, and will not understand new materials. It is best to choose teaching recordings and short articles or popular science essays with stories. For general listening, you can choose to use some oral teaching materials or some interesting little stories to give yourself more access to the recording materials, to familiarize yourself with English pronunciation, increase your knowledge, and improve your listening. You can repeat it all over again, as long as you understand the general meaning. If you don't understand it once, you can listen again, or you still don't understand it. Just read the book and continue to listen to it for the first time when you listen to new materials, you must concentrate on it, let your thinking keep up with every syllable. When every sentence stops, you can repeat it in your mind. Do not stop thinking about new words, because some new words can be understood throughout the content. Some new words do not affect the meaning of understanding. You can stop and think about them, but affect the following content. When you listen to a sound, you need to repeat it in English with the frequency of the recording materials. In addition, the speed must be improved to keep up with the recording speed. Generally, as long as it is difficult to listen to a large number of words, you can understand the general idea. The above is just a bit of experience in improving your hearing. Although the experience of A is not necessarily applicable to B and B is not necessarily applicable to a, it can inspire each other and learn from each other, use different methods to achieve the same purpose.
