Community development inevitably goes through several stages:
1. "diving" stage for netizens:
Just like two strangers, the first time they met, they always looked at each other and looked up and down again. In this period, most netizens did not trust the platform. They did their best to cultivate their interest in the platform or find the value of the platform.
2. Netizen interaction stage:
At this stage, two strangers started to have a small number of conversations and gradually increased their trust through understanding. In this period, netizens began to actively contribute content to the platform and interact with the platform.
3. The stage in which netizens have a sense of belonging:
In this phase, these two people have become not only unfamiliar, but also irreplaceable friends. In this period, the dependence of netizens on the platform has been enhanced, and the platform has become synonymous with a symbol. Just like IM = QQ, this is the highest level pursued by every website and product.
Therefore, how can we make websites gather more people and make everyone more interactive? In other words, how can this community become bigger?
Let me give you a small example. The Angel water dispenser I just bought in my house two days ago broke down. I called their Beijing office to complain that the other party was unfriendly. In a sigh of relief, I wanted to find a place to complain about the company. For Internet reasons, I first chose to seek opportunities on the Internet media and posted complaints on many websites I think are useful. The subsequent results do not need to be detailed here. My actual behavior shows that users trust the platform only when they take the initiative and recognize the value of the platform, interaction is possible. I think this is the most basic prerequisite for community formation.
Secondly, because the domestic real-name system on the Internet is still unclear, how to lower the threshold for interaction between netizens and select as few authentication information as possible can encourage them to share experiences and tastes, the theme that makes it easy to form a sense of accomplishment becomes very important.
For example, if you want to speak in your community, you must submit your real identity verification before you can have the right to speak, I think this kind of community is very difficult to develop very quickly in the short term (maybe many people say that it will be a trend after N years, but at least we cannot leave the reality, why is it easier for the word-of-mouth network community to do it, but it is difficult for the community of second-hand houses, because everyone will post comments on restaurants out of their sense of responsibility, and this comments are very easy. This is beneficial to others and harmless to publishers. Out of a sense of responsibility and sharing spirit, I think many netizens are happy to do this. However, it may not be easy to publish second-hand housing information. If I have to fill in my ID card and mobile phone number as necessary information, many people may not publish information on this platform, I think a big problem is that this platform is not strong enough to give in to users. Suppose there is a platform where every user who provides his/her real ID card and mobile phone number can receive 1000 yuan after verification. I think there will certainly be countless people entering crazy, until the server on this platform is pushed up :) The reason is that he is motivated.
