How do I adjust the margins of a Word 2003 document

Drag the lower right corner of the proportional slider to adjust the zoom, the recommended setting is 25%, selected with the mouse. If it is Word 2003, after entering the Print preview interface, click the field button on the left side of the zoom number to enter multi-page mode, click the Magnifier button to make it editable, select any character on the horizontal page with the mouse, and then hold down the CTRL key to continue selecting other characters on the other horizontal page. Next Select File/Page Setup to open the Page Setup/Margins dialog box, where you can set the margins as needed, and the key is to apply to selected sections (such as the figure), and the last save will take effect.

If you need to set the page margins for a vertical page, you can also follow similar steps. If you are using the Word 2010 version, you do not need to enter the print interface, you can adjust the zoom to 25% directly on the "Start" tab, and follow the same procedure.
