How does a Word document write on a picture?

1, open the computer, first find Word icon, double hit open Word document.

2. After you open the Word document, locate the insert item on the top menu bar of the document, click Picture, and then click From File.

3, after clicking "From File", select the picture you are in, and then open it in the dot.

4, then, in the picture under another line, hit the text you want to write.

5, then, put the cursor on the picture, right click, select "Format Picture", select "Layout", the dialog box appears.
