How does the Geometry artboard circle tool work?

1. Use a circle tool to draw any circle

Specific actions: Move the mouse pointer to the Circle tool and click the left mouse button to select the Draw the Circle tool, and then move the mouse pointer to the "workspace", hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse pointer to another position after releasing the left mouse button, you can draw a circle.

2. How to move a circle

Action: Select the Circle and drag, the circle will be moved as a whole, but the size remains unchanged.

What to do: Select a circle, perform the "Dot on Circle" command under the Build menu, and construct a point on the circle.
