Method One: Use the MathType tab in Word

1. Click the MathType tab.
2. Click Insert Inline formula (insert Inline equation) In the tab menu, or Insert display formula (inserts show equation). The difference is that inline formulas follow the text immediately after the text, with the text line, and the display formula is a row, not with the text on one line. In general, we all choose to use the display formula.

Method Two: How to insert an object
1. Click "Insert"--"object" in Word directly.

2. In the pop-up dialog box, pull the scroll bar, find "MathType equation 6.0" After the click, and then click the dialog box "OK" button, will automatically pop up the MathType editing interface.

Method Three: Shortcuts or explorer Open
Double-click the MathType shortcut icon on the desktop to open the MathType, or the lower left corner of the "Start/program/windows", in which open MathType the program click can also open.
Note: After you open MathType with method Three, the one thing that is different from the previous two methods is that you can copy the formula to Word without closing the edit window, or you can save it as a file and then insert it in Word. The previous two methods can directly close the edit window or copy and paste directly.
