Some Win7 users experienced problems after upgrading Win10, as shown in the following figure: the system cannot switch accounts and the application cannot be opened. Why? Don't worry. The following describes the causes and solutions for this problem in detail.

Cause: because the old Win7 system used the Adminitrator Built-in Administrator account to manage the operating system, and after we upgraded to Win10, we used the previous account to log on, unfortunately, the use of the Built-in Administrator account in win10 has many problems, resulting in the user being unable to open the application and set up (the settings of win10 system have been Metro-based ).

Solution:

1. First, let the Administrator account open applications such as "set" and "account;

2. After the policy group is opened, in the options list on the right, choose computer configuration> Windows Settings> Security Settings> Local Policy> Security Options ];
