If you often have to deal with Word documents in your work, you may need to combine multiple Word documents into one from time to time. When the amount of information is small, we can directly use copy and paste. In addition, is there any other way?

With" InsertTab, you can also skillfully merge documents.

Find" ObjectClick the triangle next to it and click" Text in the file".

Next, select the files to be merged into the current document. You can press and hold CtrlKey to select more than one document.

(Note: The top documents will be merged first. Therefore, if you want to maintain a certain order between documents, sort the target documents first .)

This method is applicable to Word 2010 and Word 2007. Note that when you merge documents, the format may not be retained. Be careful.
