in the MySQL , how to implement Top N and M to N section of the record query?

We can do this by taking advantage of a clause--limit--in MySQL that is supported by SELECT.

Limit can implement top N query, also can implement M to n( a paragraph) of the record query, the specific syntax is as follows:

SELECT * from MYTABLE
ORDER BY afield

LIMIT Offset, Recnum
Where offset is started from the first few (m+1) Records, Recnum is the number of record bars returned. Cases:

SELECT * FROM MyTable
ORDER BY afield

Limit 2, 5

That means 5 records starting from the 3rd record.
