How to limit the number of users shared at the same time in win8.1

If we have a large number of users, sharing can limit the number of connected users. If we don't have it, we don't need to do anything.

1. Let's perform a test. We enter the directory or hard disk to be shared, and right-click the disk where the folder to be shared is located, as shown in the figure below:

 

2. Click properties on the page ].

 

3. Switch to the [share] option in the new window that appears, as shown in the following figure.

 

4. Select advanced sharing and click on the sharing page that appears.

 

5. Select "share this file.

 

6. Enter the limit on the number of users, and click OK in the lower left corner.
