To produce a phenomenon:
Three printers, can be a single when testing, when normal business, the number of data, three printers are responsible for the category at the same time the data needs to be printed, there is a printer exception, in the server-side ping processing, showing the printer, there is a impassability, change the client ping, all normal, When you send a print instruction to an abnormal printer at another client, the printer prints correctly and is printed together with the backlog of printed documents that were previously on the server.
The misconception is that the newly formed LAN is not likely to have a virus, and the network wiring is not handled by us, the use of cable more times, so will pay attention to the quality of the network cable and the environment on the interference of the screen. At the same time, it is possible that the printer's MAC address is duplicated (the printer MAC address can be modified so it may be repeated by coincidence).
Detection method:
After we ping each printer IP, see just ping address of the MAC address, to detect and determine whether there is a duplication of MAC address, if so, the corresponding printer for the self-test, check the printer ID number is duplicated. If the printer ID number is duplicated, it indicates that the MAC address is duplicated and not ARP spoofing, but there is a duplicate conflict when the printer MAC address is set up, and the MAC address of the printer needs to be modified. If the printer ID number does not duplicate, you can initially determine that the LAN has ARP spoofing.
Workaround:
Power off the conflicting printer, and clear the computer ARP 0 operation. Then connect a printer, detect its ARP address, and record, and then again to the computer ARP zero, exchange another printer for detection, record its MAC address, and in need of the server to print the MAC address binding operation.
