1: httping

Introduction:

Installation:

Mac: brew install httping

Ubuntu: apt-get install httping

Redhat/centos: http://pkgs.repoforge.org/httping/ download rpm PACKAGE installation: rpm-ivh PACKAGE

Common parameters:

-G url: Specify the URl

-H hostname replaces-g and specifies the Host Name

-P portnumber specifies the port number with-h)

-S: display the connection establishment time + server processing and return time

-S displays HTTP status-code (200,404, etc .).

-G uses GET instead of HEAD as the method for obtaining resources. In this case, the entire page/file requested will be transmitted.

-C count how many times to exit the test

-I interval: interval of each test

-Y Enable colors
