When you're familiar with friends who use Word documents, it's not unfamiliar to add annotations to your document. Annotations can not only help readers better understand the relevant evaluation of the text, but in Excel tables, we can also comment on the cell, let's take a look at the next step.
1. Hide cell annotations
In Excel2007 to be able to show or hide annotations with cells, you can select the cells that contain the annotations, and then click Show/Hide annotations in the comments group on the Review tab, as shown in the figure.

Tip: If the current status is displayed, click becomes hidden, and then click to display.
2. Edit cell annotations
First, click the cell that contains the annotation you want to edit, and then on the Review tab, in the Comments group, click Edit Comment.
At this point, the balloons are automatically edited, waiting for us to modify them.
To format text, you can select text, and then use the formatting options in the Font group on the Start tab.
Tip: The normal way to change the color of a text does not apply here. To set, right-click the annotation, and then click Format Annotation.
3. Delete cell annotations
First, click the Excel2007 cell that contains the annotation you want to delete, and then on the Review tab, in the Comments group, click Delete; Then on the Review tab, in the Comments group, click Show/Hide annotations to display the annotation, double-click the annotation text box, and then press the Delete key.
As with a Word document, the annotation feature of an Excel table is set under the Reviewing menu bar, where the user can choose to display, hide, delete, modify, manipulate the method is relatively simple, select the relevant settings, you can enter the relevant annotation text.
