1.Control panel\all Control Panel items\administrative Tools Find Server Manager

2. Open Server Manager and click Add Roles on the right side of Roles

3. Hook install for File services and Web Server (IIS)

4. Select the Installed Web Server (IIS), and click Add Role Services for adding the corresponding services
