Method 1:
In windows 7, click Start> Devices and Printers, and then click add printer in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following figure.

Then, click "add network... printer" in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following figure:

Select the printer to be installed and click Next. The driver for the printer will be automatically located and installed.
Method 2:
Similarly, in the "Start Menu", click "Devices and Printers", then click "add printer" in the pop-up menu, and then we find the second "add network .... "printer", as shown in the figure "The printer I need is not in the list", go to the page shown in Figure 3:

Select the TCP/IP address or host name to add the printer, and then go to the interface shown in Figure 4:

Enter the IP address and port of the network printer, and click next to install the driver automatically. Note that the port number here is the name of the IP address printer.
Method 3:
As shown in the following figure, in the add printer window, click "add local printer", as shown in the following figure:

Create a Local Port, and click the Port name, for example, "IP address printer name". Then, the interface shown in the following figure is displayed:
Now, we can choose your printer driver and restart it.
