------ Solution --------------------
At the end of this post, PhpNewnew was edited at 09:53:08. in the conf folder, there should be an httpd. conf file to search for Listen 80.
Change the number to the port you need to save and restart apache
Access through http: // localhost: Port
------ Solution --------------------
Modify conf/httpd. conf in the apache installation directory
Locate (about 50 rows)
Listen 80
Change 80 to the value you need and restart apache
------ Solution --------------------
Wrong... Httpd. conf

It is possible that the system carries iis and occupies port 80.
------ Solution --------------------
You can check which process occupies port 80 on the console. The default value of apache is 80, which can be accessed directly. it is not recommended to change it to another port number.
