In oracle, database connections are used. large fields such as CLOB in the source table cannot be displayed in the select statement. For example, if there is a source table tsource with a large field photo, an error is returned when you run the following statement:

Select * from tsource @ dblink1;

What should we do? You can copy the table data to the local database. It is so strange that it cannot be displayed, but it can be transmitted:

Create table mysource as select * from tsource @ dblink1; select * from mysource;
