How to remove the double quotes for each string field inside the target file

Today is doing a extract, the database inside the table through a number of processes, and finally entered into the flat file.

But in the final result, the string field of each target file contains double quotation marks as follows:

name_id NAME COUNT DELIMITER RANK

"S000" "DEMO" 2 "|" 1

"S104" "competitor" 5 "C" 2

This is not the result I want.

Then finally found that it was a small set of questions:

Go to session--> mapping--targets---Set File Properties---Advanced, to remove the double, select the None option.
