How to retrieve the power icon disappears in the Windows 7 taskbar notification area

As shown in the following figure, when the notification area icon is turned on, no power icon disappears. When the notification area icon is managed, the power option is dimmed.

Solution

Open the Start menu, and then open run. In the Run box, enter gpedit. msc to go to the "Group Policy editor" on your computer ".

On the local policy page, click "user configuration"-"management template"-> "Start menu and taskbar". Then, find and double-click the "delete operation center icon" option.

On the operation center page, click "not configured" or "disabled" and then click "OK" to exit.

Then, right-click the hidden chart in the taskbar on the desktop and select "properties" in "Show hidden icons ".

Turn on the power icon.

The power icon of the computer is displayed.
