How to set up printer sharing

Usually our office will use the printer this peripheral, then in a local area network, how can we set up to achieve printer resource sharing? This article takes the current mainstream system Win7 as an example, describes how to set up Printer sharing.

Disable the Guest user because a computer that someone else wants to access to install a printer is accessed by the Guest account.

Click the "Start" button, right-click on "Computer" and select "Manage", as shown in the following image:

Locate the Guest user in the Computer Management window that pops up

Double-click Guest to open the Guest Properties window to make sure the Account disabled option is not checked.

To set up a shared target printer: Click the "Start" button and select "Devices and Printers", as shown below:
