How to upgrade a Windows 8 system

Go to Windows Update: open the control panel;

Click system and security;

Click the Windows Update option;

Go to the Windows Update page;

Manually check for updates: click Check for updates on the left;

You can also click Check updates in the middle of the page;

The system automatically checks for updates;

Disable System Update: click change settings on the left;

Go to the change page and click the option box in the middle to set it;

Change the option to never detect updates to disable updates;

View update history: click View history updates on the left;

Go to The View page;

Restore hidden updates: click restore hidden updates on the left;

Go to the Restore hidden update page;

Click "restore" if you select "Hide Update.
