Developer tools are not visible on the desktop after F12 is pressed, but the taskbar is displayed. Place your mouse on the developer tool on the taskbar, and a transparent area appears, but not when you select it. Move the mouse to the developer tools thumbnail, right-maximize, and the tool will appear full screen. (or right-click-Move, then resize the window manually)

But this time is a separate window, not with the IE page together. Click on the fixed button (shortcut key ctrl+p) in the upper right corner, which is combined with IE, located below the page.

or after you open the tool, press the shortcut key ctrl+p, and it comes out. (Of course, you must first open the development tool, otherwise ctrl+p is IE8 printing)
