Imagination about AI research

Last night, when I was lying in bed, I had nothing to worry about and suddenly came up with a very interesting idea: if a problem with AI has been learned so thoroughly that it can be realized on a computer through programming, then it will not be considered part of artificial intelligence!

For example, before December 100, if machines were used to implement addition, subtraction, multiplication, and Division, who said it was not an AI problem? But now, no one will think of it as part of AI research !!

Therefore, artificial intelligence research should not actually exist, just like religion. In the religious field, if a question has been thoroughly understood, it will be taken away by science or anything else! For example, the origin of humans. Of course, religion has a field that cannot be replaced by science, so religion has not yet been thoroughly overturned.

However, are there any good luck in AI research? I don't know. Maybe one day a senior person will prove that artificial intelligence should not exist. The reason why we will establish such a discipline is that the power of computers has brought us a shocking illusion, it may exist in the cognitive and spiritual Sciences of the brain, and should not be hooked up with computers !!

What computing can do is something that humans already know how to implement with a mechanical process. When a type of problem can be materialized outside the human brain, it may be inappropriate to call it intelligence! It is not suitable to use machines to produce tables, but to sell them as "hand-made! Although the machine is just an extension of manpower. Another example is "addition, subtraction, multiplication, division". We have already turned them out of the human brain a long time ago, and people are not subconsciously referred to as artificial intelligence!

I feel a little sad about the current AI research. Researchers are increasingly losing the simplicity of early researchers. In the early days, people believed in the similarities between the human brain and computers based on their religious beliefs. They believed in the equivalence between the human brain and computer capabilities. They believed that the human brain and computer would generate intelligence based on the same mechanism. When these dreams are shattered, computer-based artificial intelligence should not exist in the world. But for some reason, its ghost is still wandering around.

In particular, many fields of Artificial Intelligence have achieved remarkable achievements after introducing the attention rate statistics technology. This can be said to be the fall of artificial intelligence. The introduction of attention rate statistics completely threw away the early pursuit of meaning and reasoning, and it was doomed that such technology could not reach a very high level. Domain technologies that apply attention rate statistics are mature, so they should not be in the world of Artificial Intelligence. They may be part of the application of mathematical statistics, or other new names. It can be said that artificial intelligence research has been moved back to Bayes and Shu benhua from vitegenstan and Descartes.

My idea is that artificial intelligence should be intelligence jointly developed by humans and machines. How can we achieve one thing? Friendly man-machine interfaces are not the decisive direction. I think a new programming method is the most important. This method should be powerful enough so that ordinary people without strict training can express the work they want to do in a very rigorous manner. In addition, programming must be completed quickly anytime, anywhere without debugging.

I mean, the context and semantics that computers are hard to process are handed over to people for processing, while the logic computing collaboration problems that humans are hard to process are handed over to computers for processing. In this way, in all situations that people can encounter, there are fast and convenient computer programs for processing. This program does not need to know its own environment, because it is born for this environment.

That is, "Everyone needs programming; otherwise, don't survive ".

For example, you can create a global library in the Machine Translation field. When a translation has some good intentions, such as the exquisite translation of a sentence, he will write a program based on the current context and add it to the library. In this way, when other translation encounters a sentence of the same type, it will be automatically translated. Over time, this library can almost cover common human statements, requiring less and less human translation, almost achieving machine translation.

Sorry, because I am a programmer myself, it is inevitable that I think that "one hammer is in my hand, and all things are done in the world. The above is for reference only! Please criticize and correct me !!
