WORKAROUND: I use the circumvention tool to set up a proxy in this machine, modify the proxy configuration on the CentOS side, execute the following command    

export http_proxy=http://172.17.42.1:8118 export https_proxy= $http _proxy export ftp_proxy= $http _proxy Export rsync_proxy= $http _proxy export no_proxy= "localhost,127.0.0.1,localaddress,.localdomain.com" source/etc/
