Every day, Microsoft mouse, Windows system, MSN, and other software are used. It feels as natural as breathing. I have never thought about what Microsoft looks like, what programmers there are doing, and various other things.

My recent interview experiences made me realize that Microsoft is not far away from me. windows Update, SQL-SSDP, SQL-SDET and other projects, there is a great opportunity to achieve your Microsoft dream in China. however, I did not need to be fully prepared. I slipped away in front of an opportunity, and I suddenly found myself so incompetent ~ The company's job opportunities, in-depth system-level applications, and wonderful algorithm structures are gradually squandered by me in the past...

I was excited and timid when I was notified that I might have the opportunity to enter the Windows Update Project Team. because I never thought that Microsoft was so close to me one day. whether it's for expatriates or formal employees, their own treatment will certainly rise and there will be many opportunities for learning.

However, during this interview, I was overwhelmed. in the SDET Project Team (expatriate)'s written examination, I felt so powerless for the first time that I had to go far away from a real programmer. A total of six questions, all in English, I have understood four questions, but I only answered one question. This is the first time I 've been so hard to find a job. so I need to summarize.

It turns out that I simply think that if you are a program, you can simply write some algorithms, access the database, and learn new technologies. but now I finally realized that it is not that simple. This is a bloody lesson. It also makes me more humble and doesn't think I can do it now.

The first is a foreign language. Whether it is English or Japanese, I feel that I am far away from each other. I always thought that I could still use Japanese, and my friends could not catch up with me. I was satisfied, but it was precisely this sense of satisfaction that made me lose my way and understood the style, can I use mail or MSN to talk something to the Japanese? As a programmer with nearly four years of experience, this is nothing. It's not just that the Japanese proficiency test is easy to get through, A large amount of communication skills are required. Speaking is especially important. I don't know when I have never had a chance to go to Japan. again, I really regret it. Why did I go to online games for those wonderful times at school? If I study English seriously, I won't try every Microsoft interview now, more than half of the interview questions can't be understood in English. microsoft is very good at English. Not only are all questions in English, but they are also marked in English. My mother, this is for me now, it's worse than killing me.

The next step is technology. My Interview concluded that Microsoft is an academic company with a theoretical flow, and all the recruiters also need to reach a certain level in theory, as for the encoding capability, I guess people are not concerned about it. Maybe they think that it is just a back-to-back class library. If you write more, it will be OK. it is mainly based on the basic knowledge. For example, the most popular test is the difference between value type and refrence type. I also like to test what is delegate and the difference between delegate and event, issues such as fast sorting algorithms. this is a headache for me, but I think that even if I didn't learn C # at school, if the basic theoretical knowledge of C ++ is very full, I don't know how to use C # To write the program.

All in all, Microsoft is not far away from us. Maybe it's not uncommon for you to suddenly enter Microsoft one day if you like learning, but for programmers like me, it may be impossible to stamp them through a window all their life.
