In the linux oracle 10g/11g x64bit environment, goldengate automatically starts with the OS, x64bitgoldengate
In linux and oracle 10g/11g x64bit environments, goldengate automatically starts with the OS.
Background description:
Goldengate is installed in the/u01/ggs directory.
Rhel5.5 oracle 10g/11g x64bit
Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for OracleVersion 11.1.1.0.0 Build 078 Linux, x64, 64bit (optimized), Oracle 11 on Jul 28 2010 13:13:42
To enable Automatic startup of goldengate, follow these steps:
1. Create/u01/info.txt with an oracle user. The file content is as follows: sh datestart mgr
2. chmod + x info.txt
3. Create/u01/startmgr. sh with the oracle user. The file is as follows:/u01/ggs/ggsci paramfile/u01/info.txt>/u01/ggstartoutput.txt
4. chmod + x startmgr. sh
4. Use the root user to edit/etc/rc. local and add the following information: su-oracle-c "/u01/startmgr. sh"
Note: In these four steps, the mgr process is automatically started. For goldengate extraction, transmission, and Automatic startup of the replication process, you can use the mgr parameter autostart.
Oracle10G listeners cannot be automatically started. What can I do if I have to start a 10g listener every time? The service has already been set to automatic.
Use 127.0.0.1 when listening for configuration, which will be better. The IP address configured in the listener may not be found.
When goldengate is configured in oracle10 in Linux, file portion must be two characters is always prompted. How can this problem be solved?
The file partition must contain two characters? Is the name not standard?
