Fault symptom:

Click properties on the local network or wireless network and the following message is displayed: some controls on this property page are disabled because one or more property pages have been opened. You want to use these controls, close all property pages first, and then re-open this property page.

Cause analysis:

Application Experience service disabled.

Solution

1. Right-click the "computer" icon and choose "manage;

2. Select "services and applications"> "services ";

3. Find the "Application Experience" service and right-click it to open "properties ";

4. Change "start type" to "automatic", "service status" to "enabled", and then apply --- OK.
