When the Windows 7 system starts IE8, the setting box is always displayed. The setting result is displayed again next time. After the registry is changed several times, the IE tool option does not work, finally, I found a method.

Run gpedit in "run. msc, the Group Policy window is displayed, or you can enter it in other ways, and then choose "user configuration"> "management template"> "Windows Components"> "Internet Explorer, in the list on the right, set "user-defined settings for preventing execution of the first run" to "enabled ".

Restart IE and find that the pop-up box is gone.
