First, modify the PHP configuration
Modify PHP config file, php.ini
Upload_max_filesize = 100M
Post_max_size = 100M
Generally modify these 2, and then restart Wampserver
If not, perform the following configuration
Max_execution_time (PHP page execution maximum time), Max_input_time (PHP page accept data maximum time), Memory_limit (PHP page occupies the maximum memory) configuration of these 3, as large as possible, not yet, Modifying the phpMyAdmin configuration file
The $cfg [' exectimelimit '] configuration option in the phpMyAdmin config file, the default value is 300 and needs to be modified to 0, i.e. no time limit
Modify the $memory in the Import page of the phpMyAdmin installation root _limit
Second, open the configuration file under the phpMyAdmin directory config.inc.php
Modified:$cfg [' uploaddir '] = ' Upload ';
$cfg [' savedir '] = ' Save ';
Create your own folder Upload and Save in the PhpMyAdmin directory for uploaddir(import directory) and savedir(export directory)

Select you want Back up the exported database, select " save/ directory "
Import Operation:
Create a new database, select Import, select upload from server, select the database to upload.
