Install AutoCAD 2014 on Windows 8

Autodesk recently released the new version 2014 Design Kit, which continues to keep the development progress for one year. I am a version controller and immediately downloaded and installed it from the official website.

Autodesk's official website and logo have just been revised, and it looks a lot fresh:

It is a little difficult to install it in Windows 8, so that you will not be able to take a detour in the future.

Note: This installation method also applies to Autodesk 2013.

Currently, only AutoCAD 2014 is available for download, and 3DS MAX and Maya will be available for several days.

I downloaded the 64-bit English version of AutoCAD 2014 and the English version of Windows Server 2012 datacenter.

First installProgramWill be decompressed to the local hard disk:

Do not install the package after decompression. Click exit to exit:

 

To the decompressed directory, open setup. ini:

 

Because Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 already contain. NET Framework 4.5, you do not need to install any. Net patches or programs during the installation process.

Delete the. NET option in the prerequisite Configuration:

 

 

After the modification, save setup. ini and install it properly. We recommend that you right-click the Administrator and run it:
