Install Easy_install under Windows

Easy_install is a Python expansion pack, primarily used to simplify Python installation of third-party installation packages, and after installing Easy_install, installing a python third-party installation package only needs to be entered on the command line: Easy_install PackageName, the program automatically searches for the appropriate version of the installation package and configures various files, eliminating the complexity of manually downloading the installation.
