1. Decompress mysql to a proper location
2. Right-click computer-properties-advanced system settings-advanced-environment variables. In the displayed "environment variables" dialog box, modify the following system variables.
3. New MYSQL_HOME variable, the value is the decompression path just now, such as D: \ mysql-5.6.15
4. Edit the Path variable and add % MYSQL_HOME % \ bin at the end;
5. Under D: \ mysql-5.6.15, create my. ini
6. Enter the following content in my. ini:
7. In "run", Enter cmd and enter D: \ mysql-5.6.15 \ bin
8. execute mysqld -- install MySQL -- defaults-file = "D: \ mysql-5.6.15 \ my.ini.pdf, the idea is to execute mysqld.exe for installation, the service name is custom MySQL, the installation information file is D: \ mysql-5.6.15 \ my. ini
9. If the installation is successful, run net start MySQL to start the MySQL service.
10. If the startup is successful, OK.
11. If the startup fails, execute mysqld -- remove MySQL, uninstall the MySQL service, and then re-Execute steps 8th and 9th.
