Install Nginx and CentOS 7 yum

1. Add Nginx to YUM Source

Add the CentOS 7 Nginx yum resource library, open the terminal, and run the following command:

Sudo rpm-Uvh http://nginx.org/packages/centos/7/noarch/RPMS/nginx-release-centos-7-0.el7.ngx.noarch.rpm

2. Install Nginx

On your CentOS 7 server, use the yum command to obtain from the Nginx source server to install Nginx:

Sudo yum install-y nginx

Nginx will be installed on your CentOS 7 server.
