Installing Mono on Ubuntu

Install mono on Ubuntu run the following code to authorize the registration of the repo source and update the software list: 
sudo apt-key adv--keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com--recv-keys 3fa7e0328081bff6a14da29aa6a19b38d3d831efecho "Deb http:/ /download.mono-project.com/repo/debian wheezy Main "| sudo tee/etc/apt/sources.list.d/mono-xamarin.listsudo apt-get update


To install Mono: 


sudo apt-get install Mono-complete



To install the MonoDevelop IDE software: 


sudo apt-get install MonoDevelop
