It's useless to go to college again.

First of all, I want to tell you that I am a high school student without going to college. I have met many college students in my work and life. Some of them often say something like "It's useless to go to college, it's just a theory." Here I want to talk about some of my experiences, of course, it is not to prove that a certain point of view is right or wrong, but to make everyone understand through communication that university students should cherish what they have learned and do not abandon themselves, people who have never studied college, just like me, should not abandon themselves, settle in the status quo, and change their fate through studying and striving.

Let me take my own case as a case to report to you. I am a high school student who has not yet studied in college. I entered the ranks of "programmers" by mistake. When I started my work, I really don't know what network protocols, operating systems, data structures, memory allocation, etc. I don't know anything about these concepts. Sometimes my colleagues around me talk about a name together, I am really a monk of Zhangji. I can't touch my mind, I am blank, and I don't know what to say. Slowly, with the increase of working years, I noticed that new graduates of the company, although they have little work experience, have a solid foundation in their professional fields, they will understand what is going on. I don't know the meaning of some terms at the beginning. In addition, I found that many cool people in the industry still have a strong grasp of these basic principles and can make different combinations of these knowledge to make some useful open-source seemingly esoteric things, let us be impressed by cainiao. Realizing this, I think I should systematically study some basic computer-related courses, because I want to go further and higher. So I started my first plan to study computer courses, including basic courses such as computer composition principle Compilation Principle c ++ operating system principle computer network. It took about a year to get up early every morning for two hours to read related books. Although I can't say that I have a strong grasp of these basic knowledge, I know more about computers now, and I can explain the principles to my colleagues or friends when they have problems. The most important thing is to enter the ranks of "programmers" for my livelihood. Now, I have started to like computers, because I don't think they are new to me, and I don't think there are some difficult things to grasp, I prefer to study computers. Now, I have been able to share my knowledge with some computer colleagues or friends. You will gradually feel that you know what they know, even better. There are some differences, but we learn different things. I learned things at home and they learned things at school.

The above is a rough process for me to learn professional knowledge. Let's start with the question.

Because there is no external pressure on University study, some of them are for the exam. In this environment, university students are also divided into different levels. Some of them concentrate on learning professional knowledge, and some of them can only take the test in class, while others simply do not take the test. They will play around throughout the University (this part is a minority and will not be discussed ). Although they have little experience in their work, they can quickly understand a problem, such as communication protocols, he will be able to relate to the knowledge points he has learned in the classroom, so he may be able to think of it when he has learned well. Because he has a solid grasp, he can basically think of relevant knowledge points when learning well, find the corresponding knowledge point and consolidate it. However, for those who have not learned the basic knowledge, they do not know what the nouns mean or where to find them, you cannot enter the correct keywords in the search engine to obtain the corresponding knowledge.

You don't know something, because you don't know its existence, so you cannot find it.

The topic above is that people who have not studied professionally have no clue to some professional knowledge, so there is no way to find corresponding knowledge points, it takes a lot of detours to find the corresponding knowledge points. Those who have been professionally studied can easily find the corresponding knowledge points and supplement them. This is the difference that leads to the speed at which professionals and non-professionals are improving. This is why these two groups of people have achieved a great deal of difference in their achievements in just a few years. It takes a long time for people with professional education to advance and master knowledge quickly, but those without systematic knowledge to master the corresponding knowledge points.

Therefore, the so-called "theoretical" knowledge that people who have studied professional knowledge in the university and the system have mastered is actually very useful. Maybe new graduates cannot understand it because they have just entered their work, I will understand it later. Those who have not gone to college certainly do not have the opportunity to study the professional knowledge system. As a result, many people are always at that level, which is difficult to improve.

In fact, it is not the difference between a university and a non-university, but the difference between a systematic study of professional knowledge and a non-university study. Of course, it is undeniable that there are teachers in the university to teach the corresponding knowledge and a good learning environment is a favorable factor; but do those who have not gone to the university and have not studied the system knowledge? Because we have never learned it, we recognize that professional people should walk in front of us and climb faster than we do, right? No, it should not. The university is just an extreme place for learning knowledge in our life. We can use it for the rest of the time to supplement our lack of professional knowledge.

Everyone can change their own destiny and there is a solution to everything. For those who have gone to college and those who have not gone to college, they are actually the same. If we encounter any problems, we will solve them. For example, we have not received the professional knowledge of the system, so we can study independently or discuss with other professionals.

We should not block the pace of progress in our life because of lack of knowledge. Everyone is the same.

Here I will emphasize again

1. I don't know how to learn it in college. As long as you can learn it anytime and anywhere, it's not as difficult as you think.

2. No one should be better than you unless you are unwilling to make progress. I hope you have not learned professional knowledge from the system.

3. Knowledge is fair to everyone. Whether you are a farmer, a waiter, or a college student, the only difference is what you have learned, or have never learned. This is the only difference.
