File name is Db.properties

First: Get through ResourceBundle
ResourceBundle bunble = Resourcebundle.getbundle ("db");
Driver = bunble.getstring ("Driver");
url = bunble.getstring ("url");
Username = bunble.getstring ("username");
Password = bunble.getstring ("password");
