Considering that when you install a software program, you typically have a shortcut to the program on the Start menu, or a shortcut icon that appears in the Quick Launch area on the left side of the system tray. In this way, we can create a shortcut to a frequently accessed destination folder and place the shortcut directly to the Quick Launch area on the left side of the system taskbar, which is the specific implementation step of the method:

First right-click the blank position in the system tray, from the shortcut menu that appears, click the toolbar/new Toolbar command, and then open the Folder selection dialog box shown in Figure 1, where you will select and import the folder you want to visit frequently, and click OK. In that case, the shortcut icon for the destination folder automatically appears in the Quick Launch area of the system tray. For example, when we want to access the "D:/AAA" folder normally, often need to open My Computer window, and then double-click the D-disk partition icon, and then double-click the corresponding partition window in the "AAA" folder icon to access the specific contents of the target folder; Now we just need to add "d:/aaa" to the Figure 1 interface. Folder selected and imported in, click OK button, we simply click on the system Tray "AAA" folder shortcut icon can quickly access specific file content, so that the efficiency of file access will be greatly improved!

Of course, when we do not need to access the target folder later, you can also remove the corresponding folder shortcuts in the system tray to keep the taskbar clean and tidy; When you delete a shortcut to a destination folder, you simply right-click a blank area of the taskbar and click the toolbar It is OK to cancel the selected state of the target shortcut in the submenu.
