I want to introduce myself for three minutes first. I said that I was a teacher and a family, and I liked reading books and drumming up some things. before that, HR interjected and asked his parents what school they were in and what they taught. Because I was not feeling well at the time, I scored less than four hundred points, later, I thought it would be better to spend time learning computer knowledge, so I didn't take level 6 again.

I also asked me what kind of sports I usually do. I said it would be better if I ran long distances and played table tennis. She said why I didn't play basketball. Then I said I was short at the beginning and didn't expect to play basketball, later, I suddenly became taller and had to take the college entrance examination again. So I had no time to go to the university and didn't want to practice it.
 

HR has been telling me about their corporate culture throughout the interview. She said she prefers a very warm and loving office environment where everyone gets along well, there is no obvious level difference. Everyone helps each other, just like a big family. This time, HR directly used the original SHL question, but I have not done it, but I have seen some questions elsewhere, although I don't know the exact answer, I still know it. If I can prepare well, I will not be so embarrassed about the question "my colleague complained to the Leadership.
HR said that the HR interview is to keep you rolling. Your responsibility is to reduce the number of employees and show your advantages to HR. This means you have succeeded.
