It will arrive 40 minutes in advance. so I sat in the hall and waited. then, when the time is almost reached, go to the HR room. HR is not in the room yet. She came when she was about to look for it. then let me wait, and she seems to have to sort out the instrument in the room (maybe she was called to do something as soon as she got up). Then I went in about 10 minutes.

HR politely asked me to sit down and apologized, saying that the notification was a little late last night and I couldn't help myself. I just slept at four in the morning and just got up again. then I was given a set of things to fix my nails as compensation. to be honest, this action has added a bit of affection for her/Kingsoft. we can respect people. This company will not be bad. then I told me about my own situation and made me relax again and again, and then I entered the topic.

I want to introduce myself for three minutes first. I said that I was a teacher and a family, and I liked reading books and drumming up some things. before that, HR interjected and asked his parents what school they were in and what they taught. I spoke about junior high school, my father's original language, chemistry, biology, and so on, later, as the principal engaged in management. the mother mainly teaches English. HR said, good. I didn't ask me to introduce it further (this is strange to me, but I started my career). I 'd like to say that we have a few questions here, both in terms of career evaluation. I said that at school, my male and female both get along very well. Although there are few opportunities for girls to meet each other, there are also a few nice relationships.

HR was not satisfied and asked me, is it true that people are so noble? Everyone is selfish, and the work environment is very different from that of your school.
I insisted on my original answer.

Do you feel that you have done something sorry for others during your study and work? For example.
Yes. At the end of my sophomore year, three people attended a competition at a time. They put things out under the pressure of the final exam and out-of-school training. After I finish my job, I will go back to my graduation project and build my knowledge system. I don't have time to look for a job. To sum up, the possibility of a breach is very small and almost no.

Later, I asked another question (not a SHL career evaluation question), such as CET4 and cet6. I said that I had passed the CET4 test smoothly for the first time. I took the cet6 test once. Because I was not feeling well at the time, I scored less than four hundred points, later, I thought it would be better to spend time learning computer knowledge, so I didn't take level 6 again.

I also asked me what kind of sports I usually do. I said it would be better if I ran long distances and played table tennis. She said why I didn't play basketball. Then I said I was short at the beginning and didn't expect to play basketball, later, I suddenly became taller and had to take the college entrance examination again. So I had no time to go to the university and didn't want to practice it.
 

HR has been telling me about their corporate culture throughout the interview. She said she prefers a very warm and loving office environment where everyone gets along well, there is no obvious level difference. Everyone helps each other, just like a big family. Dave also thinks that this environment is very good and it is easy for people to integrate into it.
 

Finally, HR asked me to talk about the job fair and her advantages and disadvantages. I said the advantage of this job fair is that the pace is very tight. You have sacrificed a lot of rest time to speed up the progress, so that we will soon get the results for our students, it won't wait for a long period of time to wait for the uneasy situation. Secondly, during the interview, the student notification time is separated, which reduces the waiting time and is very user-friendly. However, I still see students waiting for improvement in the schedule.
 

HR said: in fact, not all the students waiting outside are waiting for an interview. Some of them are waiting for the interview, while others feel that they are not doing well and want the interviewer to give another chance. We have no right to let people go. In addition, sometimes there are too many people to interview, so we cannot interview them separately. For example, if you have a separate interview, and each time it takes a long time, there are very few cases. What does this mean? I believe you know exactly what it means.

This incident taught us that speaking good words behind the scenes is also a good way to improve Rp.

1. Be honest with HR interviews. HR has never seen anyone. If you have a school girl playing with her, it's quite easy to say it. It's a big deal. Let's say better, let's say less bad, and you can't say nothing about it, in this way, people can see it at a glance.
2. The speech should be organized, the communication should be sincere and smooth. HR told me that what she hates most is that it cannot be clearly said. I may not be able to talk to such a person for ten minutes, I will let it go. If you speak in a well-organized manner and list your points of view, this shows that you are also well-organized and have the potential for development. If you are confused all day, such a person cannot do anything.
3. Try to present all of your good aspects. For example, my own advantage is that it is friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. I will show her these points. From the way of talking and answering questions, we can see that the more advantages she sees, the smaller the proportion of disadvantages.
4. Preparing Frequently Asked Questions from HR in advance will be helpful. This time, HR directly used the original SHL question, but I have not done it, but I have seen some questions elsewhere, although I don't know the exact answer, I still know it. If I can prepare well, I will not be so embarrassed about the question "my colleague complained to the Leadership.
HR said that the HR interview is to keep you rolling. Your responsibility is to reduce the number of employees and show your advantages to HR. This means you have succeeded.
