When installing PHP, the following error occurs: error while loading shared libraries: libmysqlclient. so.15: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied.

However, I found the cause through network search: selinux disabled access to this shared library.

Solution: Disable selinux.

1. Edit the/etc/selinux/config or/etc/sysconfig/selinux file and change the "SELINUX = enforcing" sentence to "# SELINUX = enforcing"

2. Restart your computer.
