Laravel database migrate you want to modify data table field information

Data is also inserted in the database after executing PHP artisan migrate in Laravel
But now I want to change the structure of the underlying, for example, to add a default value of 0 for the title field.
If you withdraw, the data will be gone. How can you guarantee that the database data is still in the data table?
