Fault symptom:
Lenovo M41-70 pre-installed Windows 7 system, in some cases for sleep or standby, there will be a certain probability in the system wake-up process
0x0000000A blue screen, as shown in the following figure:
Cause analysis:
Restart the machine and the system prompts a crash. Manually enter the C: WindowsMinidump directory and check that the dmp file is generated. When WinDBG is used for analysis, the error module is iusb3hub. The file is determined to be an Intel USB 3.0 bus driver by file name and actual search.
Solution:
1. After xHCI Mode is set to Disabled through the Configuration menu in BIOS (this option only appears when OS Optimized Defaults is set to Disabled Mode), save and exit to solve the problem.
2. We recommend that you use the local machine with Windows 10.
Note:
In fact, Intel USB 3.0 is disabled, and the USB interface of the machine is forced to work in USB 2.0 mode. However, it is not ruled out that the fault can be fixed after subsequent BIOS or driver updates.
