The post-80s should be defined as a young generation between the ages of 22 and 27, having received higher education, having just graduated to the society, or having several years of working experience. It is undeniable that the post 80 s has become a medium force for rapid growth in the workplace, especially in the domestic R & D field. Each era has its own characteristics. If you use several typical positive words to describe them, they should be smart, insightful, and capable.

 

Why is it so difficult to find a job as a post-80 technician?

 

They can also be described with several typical negative words: lack of sense of responsibility, unclear positioning, and difficulties.

 

Sense of responsibility from participation in interviews

 

Take the interview as an example. The process is mostly through simple telephone communication. About a short time (for developers, the first test is usually a written test), and the second test is to confirm the salary and start time.

 

In the week prior to the 11th holiday, a company has candidates for R & D written examination and interview. On the phone number of the interview, the company stressed that if you are inconvenient this week (many candidates will go back to their hometown), we can arrange the written examination (interview) after 11. 12 people on the phone said they could go to the company to take the test. We were disappointed that only three people came on the day of the test, and the other eight did not appear without any instructions.

 

Because developers are among the most qualified candidates, the company's front-end calls each candidate to find out why, to see if the address is not clearly stated on the phone or why, this leads to the absence of everyone. The final feedback was: two people did not answer the phone, two people shut down the phone, and four people had temporary issues.

Every time you communicate with the company's technical director or HR, the post-80 Professional Quality will become one of the core topics. Lack of responsibility is often mentioned. Candidates think that the interview is not coming, but they only have less job opportunities for themselves. The company thinks that this is sufficient to reflect that the candidates have no sense of responsibility for their work. It is difficult for us to make achievements in our career because of this quality.

 

The so-called one flowers and one world, at any point in the job search process, the lack of sense of responsibility will be immediately eliminated. The company's logic is: if an irresponsible person enters the company, the damage will not only be as simple as the delay time, but may be the project delay or failure.

 

It is undeniable that the current employment pressure is high, and most people are focusing on seeking for a job. After receiving the interview notice, I found that the company was too far away from home or was just hired by another company. "It's no big deal for me to get an interview because China is so big ." It is also a normal idea of many people.

Let's look back at the harm this behavior has caused to our peers-because a considerable number of post-80 technicians leave a sense of responsibility during interviews, many companies require that key positions do not need to be less than 25 years old. What's more, due to a few people, graduates of a certain school have become Interview Targets in the company. Maybe we have already found a job, and we are safe, but what about our peers? What about alumni? Whether it is necessary to consider more.

 

In fact, there are many more appropriate ways to deal with it than to disappear silently, which not only reflects their own quality, save time on both sides, but also win opportunities for themselves. For example:

Ü you can directly say on the phone that Lu Yuan and existing job opportunities hope to cooperate next time, that is, politely reject (this saves both parties time );

Ü you can also tell HR whether the time is inconvenient and whether you can arrange another time (I believe that HR of any company with normal intelligence will arrange another communication time );

Ü if we can tell the company's situation after the company notifies us of the interview, we will certainly be able to add extra points for ourselves before the interview. You only need to do a little homework in advance and go online to check the company introduction. (Reflect our high quality ).

In this way, the post-80 style will be erected and won the praise of XX school graduates for their high quality!
